Randy Waverly, NE September 13, 2021 Tara was a great person to work with and everything would have been perfect however there was a ripple at the end of the deal that spoiled my good feelings. There seemed to be a verbal miscommunication error that ended up costing me another $7K at closing. After this happened, I found out more things that may have been false in the overall deal HOWEVER these items involved our realtor so do not reflect directly against Tara. Tara was extremely nice and knowledgeable. She was willing to work anytime during the day to ensure the my happiness. She was also very intelligent with her job and our best interest. Again, this rating would have been 5 stars if I did NOT have to fork up $7K at closing out of nowhere. Most people in the country would have failed at that and would have been homeless. How does they even happen? I would have ranked this 1 star if Tara was not Tara.

Also I had difficulty getting my accounts to sync with your applications so my accounts could not be updated automatically. E-signing was OK, but I never could get a hard copy of any of my documents. It would be nice if your application had that built in so I could print it whenever I wanted since it’s hard to see things on my phone. I also feel like I received too many emails. The automatic emails were especially patronizing.
